A natural facial uses a combination of massage techniques with the application of purely natural

A natural facial treatment consist of :

  • cleansing the face & neck with a gentle plant- based cream.
  • toning with aromatic water
  • using a warm compress to open the pores and aid absorption of oils into the skin.

Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi ear candling is non – evasive treatment of the ears and gently effective for various
ailments. Hopi ear candles are not candles as such, but hollow tubes made out of cotton,flax
or hemp infused with beeswax, extract of honey, herbs-Chamomile, sage, Lavender St.john’s wort etc.

Ear candle work on a chimney principle, promotes the natural release of excessive ear wax from
the ear canal, balancing and regulating pressure in the ear.

On completion of both ears, the treatment is enhanced with soothing massage of the face, neck,
ears and scalp: this  helps to increase circulation, clear the sinuses and promote relaxation.
The treatment can have a significant effect on balancing the body and giving a feeling of well

Hatha Yoga

Kundalini Yoga

The system Simplified Kundalini Yoga developed by Shri Vethathiri Maharshi, a great yogi, after years of intense research, meditation, yogic practices and spiritual realization. I am a qualified Yoga instructor. I specialised in children’s Yoga, Laughter Yoga and various types of Meditation techniques. I also offer holistic treatments, like  Reflexology, Reiki, Gem & stone therapy, Energy healing and Hopi ear candling. I trained in Indian head massage, Natural facial, Ayurvedic leg and foot massage, neck and shoulder massage, back massage and face massage.

I was born in India, where I learned Yoga, Mantra and meditation under traditional Yoga Gurus. I have learned Yoga philosophy over a long period of time. I am dedicated to Yoga, as a way of life, a routine. For me Yoga is a life long  process, so I continue to pursue my journey on the path of Yoga. I believe from my experience Yoga brings physical and mental well being, and spiritual vibrancy in to the life of every human being. I run my yoga studio for all age groups, no matter what level of fitness or ability you have, you can enjoy the benefits of this ancient discipline.
