Beginners Yoga

This  class is suitable for complete beginners, those who are curious about Yoga and its benefits. Classes include basic  yoga poses, pranayama and relaxation. This class will help you to feel energized and relaxed as well as giving you a wonderful experience of full body stretching and flexibility.

Yoga for strength and flexibility

Designed for more flexibility in your whole body, especially to arms and legs. Class includes advanced poses, pranayama and meditation. Suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Hatha flow yoga

A sequence of both gentle and advanced poses, focusing more on breathing exercises. This class is great for improving balance and focus, detoxifying and healing your body and improving your mind. Appropriate for all levels.

Yoga for Kids

Kids yoga can help children build strength and flexibility, increasing concentration and developing their creativity. Classes incorporate animal yoga poses, breathing exercises,  songs and games that help  to develop positive life skills. Suitable for children from 6 to 11years.

Laughter yoga will make you feel energized, cheerful and happy. Laughter yoga classes provides a powerful experience that often leads to healthy emotional well-being and also a feeling of release and joyfulness that can last for days. No experience needed, everyone can join.

Classes are designed to open up the 7 major Chakras each Chakra is activated through asanas, breathing exercise (pranayama) Mantras and Meditation.This class can help you raise new awareness, your level of consciousness and gain balance within yourself.

Yoga for Total Body Detox Workshop

 Monday the29 May 2017 at 7pm–9pm

This workshop is suitable for all levels and even
complete beginners.
A perfect introduction to Yoga. designed to detox and cleanse the body, inspire the mind and feel refreshed.A variety of poses helps to activate the core, standing poses to strengthen legs, hip openers to stretch the inner thighs, groin and muscles of the back.
The workshop also includes gentle Yoga flows,
twists, back bends, deep forward folds, hamstring and hip stretches. It also features a few rounds of Sun salutation, Pranayama and finishes with a deeply relaxing meditation to nourish your mind and body.
